Establish material requirements for Production Plans with the use of MRP Planned Orders.
Analyze production requirements, sales forecasts, and historical data to determine optimal inventory levels.
Coordinate with Purchase team to schedule deliveries, manage lead times, and monitor production-related constraints.
Optimize inventory levels by implementing efficient inventory management strategies.
Maintain correct material master data in SAP and should have a complete understanding of the logic behind it.
Highlight material constraints that could impact production plans.
Determining the required materials and generating purchase Requisitions.
Minimize Non-Moving/Expired stock and ensure business is left with minimum liability.
Monitor replenishment POs and ensure timely receipt of goods.
