- Fragrance Evaluation & Development
- Select, evaluate and recommend fragrances according to client briefs, market needs and business objectives.
- Work with perfumers by providing clear olfactive direction, feedback and development priorities.
- Evaluate fragrance neat and in application to ensure the right olfactive profile, performance and stability.
- Conduct olfactive analysis of market products, benchmarks and new launches to identify opportunities for fragrance development.
- Build and continuously strengthen fragrance knowledge through regular evaluation of fragrances, consumer products and market innovations.
- Project Management
- Manage fragrance projects from briefing to submission, ensuring quality, timeline and client expectations are met.
- Coordinate with Sales, Perfumers, Application, Marketing and affiliates to drive project success.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and proactively propose solutions.
- Analyze client feedback and project results to improve future developments and increase success rate.
- Market & Consumer Understanding
- Analyze market trends, benchmark products and consumer preferences to support fragrance development.
- Build and maintain fragrance collections relevant to clients and market opportunities.
- Support proactive concepts and new fragrance ideas for business growth.
- Communication & Storytelling
- Present fragrance concepts and explain fragrance choices to clients and internal teams.
- Translate fragrance creations into clear, relevant and engaging stories.
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
