Perform inline production checks and final AQL inspections on Packaging products (paper bags, paper boxes, fabric bags)
Responsible for product quality monitoring and product risk assessment on new products.
Address potential risks in product development stage, participated in Pre-production (PP) meetings.
Manage quality issues and corrective/ preventive action with factories.
Coordinate with internal and external parties for follow up and improvement issues
Maintain awareness of industry regulations to ensure compliance of safety standards.
Participate in quality inspection, audits and other quality-related projects
Systematically maintain inspection records and product technical filing.
Report Problems or concerns to Product Manager and Sourcing Manager
Ad hoc duties as assigned by Sourcing Manager
