Tổng quan

Collect all payment request (local & oversea), check invoices & supporting documents, enter payment request to tracking file
Enter all invoices/payment transaction to SAP
Process payment to vendors
Manage advance/clearance/account payable aging
Update monthly actual payment & propose monthly payment budget
Send bank statement to Liquice team
Upload bank statement from Liquice to SAP
Create payment order/upload supporting document in the internet banking
Submit & follow up the authorize for all payment in the internet banking
Submit daily bank balance - Submit monthly cash flow report
Reconcile VAT Output between SAP & E-invoice output list
Reconcile VAT Input between SAP & E-Invoices input list
Monthly VAT declaration
Monthly Withholding tax declaration
Request payment to Tax
Manage tax payable to align with Tax
Bank reconcilation
AP Clearing
AP Aging report
Tax reconcilation (VAT, PIT, WHT)
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting, with strong exposure to Accounts Payable and Tax
Hands‑on experience with SAP is highly preferred
Solid understanding of Vietnamese tax regulations (VAT, PIT, WHT)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting
Detail‑oriented, well‑organized, and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
Strong analytical skills and accuracy in handling financial data
Basic English communication skills (reading & writing for work purposes)
