Budgeting and Forecasting:
Build detailed annual budgets by property and consolidated forecasts for the group.
Lead the rolling forecast process and reforecast cycles.
Financial Reporting & Analytics:
Own management reporting across all locations, including dashboards for hospitality KPIs: ADR, RevPAR, GOP, and departmental profitability.
Deliver variance analysis (budget vs. actual vs. forecast) with clear commentary and recommended actions for leadership.
Capex & Investment Analysis:
Support evaluation of new investments, renovations, and expansions with financial modeling, feasibility analysis, and ROI tracking against approved business cases.
Budget Control:
Monitor budget utilization by category to ensure spending stays within approved limits and complies with internal policies.
Work with Operations teams to review remaining budgets and approve adjustments, ensuring accurate and compliant disbursement.
Systems & Process Improvement:
Drive implementation and improvement of budgeting, planning, and reporting systems; automate recurring reports where possible.
Cross-functional Support:
Provide financial data and analysis to Accounting and Investment teams to support timely close, audits, and deal workstreams.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
