Tổng quan

Identify service and operation needs through discussions with managers, employee feedback, customer rating review and business priorities.
Design and develop training content, facilitator guides, activities, case studies, role-plays, and other learning materials.
Continuously review and improve learning programs based on feedback and evolving business needs.
Facilitate classroom training, workshops, role-plays, and other interactive learning sessions.
Adapt training methods and content to different audiences, with a strong focus on frontline and Operations teams.
Provide follow-up support and coaching to reinforce learning applications after training.
Design and delivery of new hire unforgettable orientation programs.
Contribute to initiatives that strengthen company culture, values, service mindset, and employee experience.
Support Talent & Culture projects and internal engagement activities when required.
Track training participation, learner feedback, and program effectiveness.
Maintain training schedules, materials, records, and related documentation.
Work closely with HR, Operations, and relevant stakeholders to ensure learning programs address actual business needs.
Prepare regular training updates and reports for the Talent & Culture Manager.
