Tổng quan

Design, implement, and optimize production processes on assembly lines to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety.
Analyze the production line layout and determine the necessary equipment, tools, and support components.
Monitor production KPIs and drive initiatives to improve OEE, cycle time, labor productivity and line efficiency.
Identify bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions.
Proposal a routine maintenance plan for assembly machinery and equipment.
Ensure tools, jigs, and fixtures are always readily available and meet standards.
Lead and facilities Kaizen events, 5S and other lean manufacturing activities.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance and Logistics departments to ensure seamless operations.
Coordinate with the NPD team to deploy the new products.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and ergonomic guidelines.
Mentor junior ME staff and provide training and development.
Utilize the Tooling Management system of the Department.
