Tổng quan

Maintain and update the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, standardizing procedures, SOPs, and master document control across all departments.
Coordinate and execute Conformity of Production (COP) audit requirements for key destination markets (EU, China,…).
Plan, schedule, and perform regular internal audits covering ISO 9001, production processes, and COP procedural compliance.
Track, manage, and verify the implementation and effectiveness of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) using structured problem-solving tools (8D, 5 Whys,…).
Prepare technical files, compliance records, and provide operational support during external certification audits and authority inspections.
Conduct periodic training sessions on ISO standards, COP protocols, and process compliance to enhance site-wide quality culture.
Monitor QMS/COP performance metrics, maintain audit records, and report key quality KPIs regularly to the Conformity Manager.
