Tổng quan

Manage end-to-end import–export operations and ensure full compliance with customs regulations.
Prepare, review, and verify all shipping and customs documents (Invoice, Packing List, C/O, customs declarations, etc.).
Plan, arrange, and track international shipments by sea, air, and land to ensure on-time delivery.
Coordinate closely with customs authorities, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure smooth clearance and logistics flow.
Manage C/O, optimize FTA benefits, and maintain updated HS codes and regulatory compliance.
Control logistics costs, freight charges, cargo insurance, and related payments.
Support customs audits and promptly resolve any import–export or logistics issues.
Analyze logistics performance and propose improvements to optimize cost efficiency and tax benefits.
