Support the Export Sales Team in managing customer orders from PO receipt to shipment
completion and payment collection. Ensure smooth order execution, timely customer
communication, accurate documentation, and effective coordination with internal departments.
Follow up export orders and update order status in SAP/ERP systems.
Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Logistics, Documentation, and Finance teams to
ensure on-time shipment.
Track contract signing, deposit payments, and customer receivables.
Monitor export documentation and coordinate amendments when required.
Update customers on production progress, shipment schedules, and ETA.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support.
Maintain accurate records and prepare operational reports.
