Tổng quan

Oversee daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure efficient workflow and resolve any on-site issues promptly.
Enforce and monitor safety protocols, conducting regular inspections to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
Maintain strict adherence to project specifications, conducting quality checks and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Manage on-site resources effectively, including materials, equipment, and manpower, optimizing resource allocation to meet project demands.
Prepare regular progress reports, documenting project milestones, challenges, and resolutions for review by project stakeholders.
Identify and address any on-site challenges or obstacles that may impact project timelines or quality.
Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role within the solar power or renewable energy industry
Team works spirit and strong sense of responsibility/ Tinh thần làm việc nhóm và tinh thần trách nhiệm cao
Able to stay at site/ Có thể ở lại công trường
Bachelor’s degree or above with major in engineering, renewable energy or relative majors
