Receive and handle customer complaints via direct contact, phone, email, and social media; report and follow up promptly for resolution.
Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer issues and collect feedback after resolution.
Conduct Service Mind training for new Brand staff; update training materials and develop new service training courses and documents.
Manage Brand staff status and related data.
Monitor service quality across customer contact points, including Cashier, Information Desk, Service Lounge, Kid's Lounge, AvenueL Lounge, and other service areas.
Conduct daily checks on Brand staff's appearance, performance, and hygiene, and provide guidance for improvement.
Prepare reports and service campaigns as required by the Customer Service Manager.
