Developing new business accounts and expanding Air, Ocean and Road freight sales to increase gross profit and revenue.
Maintaining existing customers and strengthening long-term business relationships.
Managing and supervising the Forwarding team, including work allocation, coaching and performance follow-up.
Preparing freight quotations and P&L estimates for Air, Ocean and Road freight services, including pricing and profitability review.
Planning and organizing domestic and international cargo shipments, including route and transport-mode selection.
Coordinating with Korea HQ, shipping lines, airlines, trucking companies, customs brokers and other local vendors to ensure smooth service execution.
Ensuring compliance with customs clearance procedures, import-export regulations and cargo-specific requirements.
Monitoring service quality, shipment status and customer reporting on a daily and monthly basis.
Coordinating with internal departments and related parties for smooth daily operation and timely service delivery.
Preparing sales activity reports and performance updates for management.
Handling customer inquiries, service issues and client visits where required.
Promoting company forwarding services to potential customers and developing new business opportunities.
Generating action plans to enhance performance.
