Tổng quan

  • Own the product roadmap and backlog for assigned Digital Lending journey, including Customer App, Sales App or future embedded lending channels.
  • Lead end-to-end journey design from acquisition, onboarding, application submission, document upload, eligibility check, approval status, disbursement and post-application servicing entry.
  • Translate business strategy, customer pain points and operational issues into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and release scope.
  • Prioritize backlog based on business value, customer impact, conversion improvement, sales productivity, compliance urgency, technical dependency and delivery effort.
  • Work with UI/UX to simplify user journey, improve screen flow, reduce unnecessary input and ensure consistency across digital lending touchpoints.
  • Coordinate with IT, Technical Lead, BA, Developers, Testers and vendors to clarify requirements, align solution approach, manage dependencies and support sprint delivery.
  • Lead UAT scope definition, test scenario review, business verification, sign-off preparation and post-go-live validation.
  • Monitor production issues, customer drop-off, sales feedback and operational pain points to continuously improve product performance.
  • Work with Business Data Analyst to define event tracking, funnel measurement, dashboard requirements and post-release impact analysis.
  • Prepare business updates, product performance reports, backlog rationale and management-level recommendations for Head of Digital Lending and senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure each release is linked to clear business outcomes such as conversion improvement, reduced manual work, faster processing time, better sales adoption or improved compliance control.
  • 3-5+ years of experience as Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst or Digital Product role, preferably in banking, consumer finance, lending, mobile app or digital channels.
  • Strong understanding of lending journeys, customer onboarding, application processing, approval flow, document handling and operational workflow.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including Business, Risk, Operations, IT, UI/UX, Data, QA and vendors.
  • Strong ability to write business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and UAT scenarios.
  • Good analytical thinking with ability to use funnel data, customer feedback and business impact to prioritize backlog.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Agile/Scrum working experience is preferred.
  • Experience in digital lending, mobile banking, sales app, LOS/LMS integration or embedded lending is a strong advantage.
