Tổng quan

Develop new business opportunities and sales strategies for the Commercial Real estate segment.
Build and maintain relationships with property developers, building owners, property and asset managers.
Identify customer needs and propose tailored security solutions.
Conduct site visits and prepare commercial proposals and quotations.
Lead negotiations and closing with clients.
Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Achieve sales targets and maintain accurate sales pipeline and performance reports.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Hospitality or related fields.
3–5 years of B2B Sales or Business Development experience, preferably in CRE, Hospitality, Property Management, Facility Management or related industries.
Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with premium clients and corporate decision makers.
Proactive, customer-focused and results-oriented.
Good English communication skills.
