We are looking for a Sea Freight Forwarding Executive to manage daily sea import/export forwarding operations and coordinate closely with customers, shipping lines, overseas agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment handling and excellent customer service.

Handle daily sea import/export forwarding operations.
Receive booking requests and shipment information from customers, agents, and sales teams.
Arrange bookings with shipping lines and co-loaders.
Monitor cargo status and shipment schedules.
Prepare and process shipping documents including SI, B/L, VGM, Arrival Notice, pre-alert, etc.
Support compliance filing processes such as AMS/AFR/ISF when required.
Coordinate with customers, overseas agents, shipping lines, and suppliers regarding shipment status and operational matters.
Follow up shipments until cargo arrival and delivery completion.
Prepare CN/DN and coordinate payment processing.
Support accounting team in receivable collection when required.
Resolve operational issues proactively and escalate when necessary.
Prepare reports as assigned by line manager.
