Overseas Procurement: Order components and finished goods, manage purchase orders and
suppliers via SAP.
Data Management: Maintain purchasing data on SAP and Excel; generate related reports.
Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with Logistics and SIOP to ensure on-time delivery and
optimize inventory levels.
Commercial Negotiation: Negotiate commercial terms; draft and manage supplier contracts.
Quality Control: Coordinate with QA/QC to handle supplier complaints and claims.
Product Development: Partner with R&D and QA for new product and new supplier development.
Other tasks as required
