NPD Planning: Monitor and manage the NPD roadmap for new designs and product improvements.
Process Standardization: Establish Standards for shrinkage, structure integrity, and manufacturing process. Optimize technical conditions from the early stages of development to maximize efficiency.
Data Management & Analysis: Create and verify technical data sheets. Implement corrective actions for defects, deformations, and quality issues in order to reduce development lead time and boost productivity.
Issues Resolution: Continuously improve product quality and functionality; provide detailed reports and root cause analysis for any arising issues.
Technical Compliance: Take responsibility for managing models, tooling, and technical documentation in accordance with company and international standards.
Operational Excellence: Oversee safety protocols, cost control, and waste reduction initiatives during the development phase.
