Responsible for designing, optimizing processes, and eliminating all forms of waste (time
materials, non-value-added actions). The goal is to increase productivity, reduce costs, and
enhance customer value
Responsibility
Drive CI Culture: Lead Lean and Six Sigma (LSS) activities across the factory to eliminate waste, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
Capability Building: Coordinate, organize, and deliver LSS training programs (e.g., Lean Fundamentals, Yellow Belt, 5S, Kaizen) for factory staff.
Project Coaching: Support and coach cross-functional teams in applying LSS tools (VSM, Line Balancing, Poka-Yoke, Root Cause Analysis) to execute improvement projects.
Management Systems: Assist management in deploying operational management systems, developing performance dashboards (KPIs), and tracking/updating Kaizen activities.
Global Alignment: Partner with the Global ELSS team to align strategies, share best practices, and benchmark external/internal successful models into local operations.
