Manage quality performance of subcontract factories, including Printing, Embroidery, Bonding and Laser Cutting processes.
Evaluate subcontractor capability and production readiness for new and critical styles.
Coordinate pre-production activities, including production planning, color approval and first production approval.
Monitor subcontract production through inline inspections (100% or AQL) to ensure products meet quality standards.
Investigate quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions with subcontractors.
Monitor quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement with subcontract factories.
Coordinate with Planning, Development, Technical, Production and QA teams to ensure on-time delivery and product quality.
Support urgent production changes and resolve quality issues during and after production.
