Technical Support:
Research new product lines to understand the structure and repair process.
Create warranty newsletters, update technical information for the KTV network.
Learn and provide solutions to difficult, complex errors.
Supports a wide range of products: REF (refrigerator), WM (washing machine), AC (air conditioner), AP (air purifier), AV (audio-visual equipment), AO (microwave oven), DW (dishwasher).
Technician Training:
Design and implement training courses for technician networks on repair procedures
Directly teach, guide troubleshooting skills and improve skills.
Document Development:
Prepare textbooks, documents, and reports using Excel.
Compose lectures and training slides using PowerPoint.
Performance Tracking:
Monitor the work results of KTV, give feedback to improve efficiency and service quality.
Inter-departmental coordination: Work closely with HQ R&D and related departments to ensure
