LAVA’s work stretches from furniture design to masterplanning across 5 continents.

Develop and maintain architectural Revit models in accordance with project BIM standards and BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
Produce architectural documentation including plans, sections, elevations, details, schedules, and sheets.
Maintain project setup, view templates, worksets, filters, and documentation standards.
Participate in BIM coordination, clash detection, and design coordination meetings.
Perform QA/QC reviews to ensure model accuracy, documentation quality, and compliance with project requirements.
Identify and resolve modeling, coordination, and Revit-related issues.
Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders throughout project delivery.
Review models and drawings for BIM compliance and quality.
Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.
Support project planning, BIM coordination, and workflow improvements.
