Support day-to-day Human Capital activities for Vietnam and Thailand.
Handle employee administration, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and other HC operational processes.
Ensure HR practices and documentation comply with applicable *Vietnam and Thailand labor laws and regulations*.
Coordinate with local employees, management, and regional stakeholders on Human Capital matters.
Support the implementation of HC policies, programs, and initiatives across Vietnam and Thailand.
Maintain accurate employee records, reports, and other HC documentation.
