Financial Analysis & Credit Assessment
Conduct financial statement analysis and assess credit applications for new loans, refinancing, and due diligence.
Assess credit risks and prepare clear recommendations for clients.
Review client financial information and supporting documents to ensure applications are complete and accurate.

Work with brokers to structure applications to meet lender requirements.
Check lender policies and guidelines to ensure applications are compliant and appropriately positioned.
Identify potential issues or gaps in applications and recommend practical solutions.
Client & Stakeholder Communication
Communicate with clients, real estate agents, and solicitors to obtain clarification and finalise applications.
Follow up with clients for outstanding information, clarifications, and recommendations.
Maintain clear and professional written and verbal communication throughout the application process.
Application Management & Settlement
Manage loan applications from submission to settlement to ensure smooth outcomes.
Coordinate with third parties and internal support teams to progress applications efficiently.
Escalate complex matters or issues to brokers, managers, or senior team members when required.
Daily Tasks Include
Verifying documents such as bank statements, payslips, and identification.
Checking lender policies to ensure compliance.
Managing applications through the entire process until settlement.
Following up with clients for clarifications and recommendations.
Coordinating with third parties to finalise applications.
Working with the support team to ensure efficient loan processing.
