Handle Air- Sea export/import shipment from Vietnam and Oversea
Contact shipping lines/ coloaders to arrange bookings; submit SI, VGM, file AMS, E-Manifest, ICS2, and other relevant documents.
Liaise with customers and agents regarding B/L, bookings, AN, D/O and shipping documents.
Provide complete shipment details, pre-alerts, and regular updates to overseas agents and relevant parties.
Make payments to carriers/vendors/agent; issue debit notes to agents/customers
Monitor shipment progress, including ETD, ETA, transshipment, and delivery status, and keep customers updated accordingly.
Coordinate with customs brokers to arrange customs clearance procedures, when required.
Proactively coordinate with relevant departments to handle issues arising during the shipment process.
Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
