Negotiation and Communication Skills with Customers (Required)
Maintaining a good relationship with existing customers and suppliers
Accompanying sales representatives and the Sales Manager on customer visits / short business trips (within Vietnam) and providing sales support
Supervising and verifying factory quality control (within Vietnam and overseas when necessary)
Following up and updating customers on production status and vessel schedules
Receiving and responding to all post-sale inquiries, requests, and claims from customers
Resolving technical issues at customer sites related to our products
Creating quotations (checking products, pricing, calculating duties, delivery costs, etc.)
Preparing import/export shipping documents and closely monitoring to ensure smooth shipment and delivery of goods
Managing manuals and tasks and providing daily reports
Performing other tasks as assigned by the Manager
