Build and update a database of architectural consulting firms specializing in villas; evaluate and score them against the ideal customer profile for prioritized engagement
Organize and participate in workshops; connect with architects and expand the network
Provide technical advice on Jotun coating systems; develop technical specification packages, and support specification creation and tracking in the database
Monitor construction progress and update site reports
Manage the point-based loyalty program for architect partners; track accumulated points and tier status (Member, Preferred, Elite Partner), and ensure tier benefits are delivered correctly (paint samples, gifts, event invitations, nominations for the annual trip)
Organize co-branded events with partner suppliers serving high-end villa clients, working closely with Marketing or Trade Marketing
Track and report program performance against KPIs: number of loyal partner firms, number of registered projects (specifications issued), and conversion rate from registration to actual purchase
