- Prepare proposals and other sales-related requests in collaboration with Business
- Development Managers.
- Support orders on machinery spare parts.
- Lead new item code generation including invoicing setup charges.
- Maintain reference spreadsheets with pricing and other details.
- Organise sales team meetings; agenda setting; minute taking; and follow up agreed
- outcomes.
- Coordinate travel bookings for the Division (flights, car rental and accommodation).
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (finance, warehouse, customer service)
- Support the Executive Assistant with companywide projects and ad hoc administration.
- Provide assistance to the Customer Service, EA and Sales Support teams during busy
- periods or staff absences.
