Tổng quan

  • Technical Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving• Diagnosing hardware malfunctions and recommending repairs.
  • Resolving software errors, compatibility issues, and system crashes.
  • Identifying network connectivity issues and implementing fixes.
  • IT Infrastructure Maintenance• Monitoring servers, storage devices, and cloud environments.
  • Managing user accounts and access permissions.
  • Implementing data backup and recovery solutions.
  • Supporting BU management in business continuity plan.
  • Software Installation & Configuration• Installing and updating operating systems, productivity tools, and security software.
  • Configuring Microsoft 365, antivirus programs, and cloud services.
  • Cybersecurity & Risk Management• Applying firewall policies and multi-factor authentication (MFA) to secure networks.
  • Educating employees on phishing threats and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Customer Support & Communication• Assisting end users with IT-related issues.
  • Creating knowledge base articles and technical documentation.
  • Collaborating with other IT specialists, vendors, and service providers.
  • Other IT duties as directed from time to time.
  • Your Skills and Experience
  • Formal Qualifications: Minimum education level: bachelor degree in IT, Computer Science
  • Experience, Skills and Knowledge:
  • Years of experience: 3-5 years in the role of IT support professionals
  • Career level: Mid to Advanced level specialist
  • Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Networking Basics
  • Cybersecurity Awareness of Firewalls, Encryption, Threat Analysis, Compliance.
  • Knowledge of Cloud technologies
  • Troubleshooting skills in diagnosing software/hardware issues, Resolving network problems.
  • Customer service skills in supporting end users.
  • Candidate Profile:
  • Qualified all requirement of experience, skills and knowledge.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Good communication skills; integrity, honest, flexible and helpful
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate with Group IT team.

  • Work with Group IT team to ensure hardware, software, and IT infrastructure function optimally, minimising downtime and improving productivity of IT system for Vietnam Operating office
  • Provide daily IT helpdesk support by responding to tickets raised by employees or other stakeholders.
