- Responsible for on‑site production management and daily line operations.
- Monitor and control the production process to ensure smooth and stable operation.
- Ensure efficient production and effective quality control on the production line.
- Promote lean manufacturing practices and coordinate with cross‑functional departments.
- Handle production abnormalities and prepare related reports in a timely manner.
- Working experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
- Responsible, with basic communication and execution ability on the production line.
- Lanague: basic English /or Chinese communication skill.
