Responsible for securing company facilities, employees, and assets by enforcing security protocols and monitoring safety measures.
Patrol premises regularly to prevent unauthorized entry, theft, or vandalism, and inspect personnel and vehicles entering/exiting the facility.
Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot security systems, including CCTV cameras, access control systems (Casi-Rusco), fire panels, and door hardware.
Coordinate with external contractors for equipment repairs, track maintenance records, and manage equipment warranties or inventories.
Respond promptly to emergencies (fires, medical incidents, security breaches) and cooperate with law enforcement or legal representatives when necessary.
Prepare accurate incident reports, maintain key and access records, track departmental expenses, and assist with non-exempt employee attendance tracking.
Adhere strictly to company safety, health policies, and adapt flexibly to shift work and overtime schedules.
