Record and update shipment information in the daily logistics log.
Monitor shipment status to ensure cargo from overseas suppliers is delivered to final destinations across Vietnam according to schedule.
Communicate with freight forwarders to negotiate competitive quotations and arrange flight/vessel bookings based on cargo readiness provided by shippers.
Review and manage all documentation submitted by shippers to ensure compliance with Customs requirements.
Work closely with the sales team to determine and assign Vietnamese product names, HS codes, import duties, and customs valuation for declaration purposes.
Coordinate with customs brokers on customs declaration procedures and address any inquiries from Customs authorities.
Liaise with insurance providers when necessary.
Collaborate with domestic trucking services to deliver goods to end customers.
Verify and reconcile logistics costs from freight forwarders and trucking services at month-end.
Ensure accurate and well-organized record keeping of certificates and documentation (CO/CQ).
