  • Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities in core channels and market segments, while also exploring new prospective channels and business segments.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential partners, clients, and relevant business networks.
  • Identify customer requirements and propose appropriate IT, networking, software, and related solutions.
  • Plan and execute lead-generation activities and follow up on potential leads.
  • Take responsibility for achieving agreed Sales & Marketing targets and commit to the assigned sales targets.
  • Manage the sales process from prospecting and initial meetings through proposal, negotiation, closing, and follow-up.
  • Set up meetings with potential partners and clients and understand their needs, concerns, and business requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, sales documents, and other materials required for business activities.
  • Negotiate and close deals and handle customer complaints or objections when necessary.
  • Create regular sales reviews and reports and monitor progress against sales targets.
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and other business events.
  • Gather feedback from customers and prospects and share relevant information with internal teams.
  • Collaborate closely with team members and relevant departments to achieve better business results.
  • Maintain and develop a professional network within the IT, networking, and related business sectors.
  • Support other tasks assigned by the Department Head.
