Lead and develop Retail & Project sales for premium paint and finishing brands to achieve
revenue, gross margin and growth targets.
Develop and execute sales plans, pipelines, forecasts and key business development initiatives.
Manage, coach and develop the sales team; set and monitor individual and team KPIs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Homeowners, Architects/Interior Designers
Developers, Contractors, Interior Companies, Distributors/Dealers and professional applicators.
Drive sales opportunities from lead generation/specification and quotation through negotiation
closing and payment collection.
Develop repeat business, customer loyalty and a strong network of professional applicators and
business partners.
Ensure effective retail/showroom operations and a premium customer experience aligned with
brand standards.
Coordinate with Marketing, Technical, Supply Chain and Finance on product launches, customer
activities, technical support and sales execution; monitor market trends and competitors to
identify growth opportunities.
