Cash in hand: Manage, prepare document and record all transaction relating to cash
Cash in bank: Work directly with the bank, collect document, arrange bank transaction according to the company’s regulation and Vietnamese law
Inventory: Making internal report, support to control material, and periodically inventory goods.
Fixed asset: Prepare full document for record fixed asset, record it and calculate depreciation asset
Work directly with foreign service company to make contract and conduct the payment after checking invoice and all evidences relating to this service
Review, manage and control payable and receivable account
Manage some internal reports is according to company’s regulation
Other tasks assigned by Chief Accountant and Director
