Business Opportunity Development
Identify and evaluate new customer segments, projects and potential partnerships for aggregate & concrete solutions.
Conduct feasibility/commercial assessment for new business opportunities and recommend prioritization
Market Research & Intelligence
Proactively go to the market (project sites, contractors, dealers, competitors) to collect first-hand information on demand, pricing, and competitor activities for aggregate and concrete solutions.
Analyze market trends, customer segments and growth potential by region/segment
Data Analysis & Reporting
Build and maintain market/sales databases and dashboards tracking performance, trends and competitor movement.
Prepare analysis reports and presentations to support management decision-making.
Stakeholder Engagement
Build and maintain a network of market relationships to support business development.
Conduct regular field visits and meetings with industry stakeholders to understand needs and gather feedback.
Work closely with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Technical teams, etc.,) to translate market insights into actionable go-to-market plans.
Assist the Aggregate and Concrete Solution Development Manager in shaping business strategy and new solution launches.
