Tổng quan
- Develop new business relationships by personally presenting to major accounts within assigned products and capabilities.
- Develop and maintain sales by exploring and qualifying existing accounts as well as following up on leads resulting from marketing prospecting efforts.
- Make a business plan, revenue and targets for sales team.
- Instruct and train in the selling of products and services for sales team after each training course.
- Coordinate activities with Inside Sales Teams to maximize our ability to close on new business opportunities.
- Represent the company at various trade shows/workshops/training events.
- Provide weekly report on sales activities, current markets and trends to Director
- Provide assurance to management that all policies are carried out accurately.
- Perform other duties as assigned or necessary to meet business objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field
- 5-10 years of sales experience, preferably in medical, pharmaceutical, or aesthetic sectors
- English is fluently
- Marketing passion is priority
- High/Cold Attitude with long term contribution to build up the develop of business in the competitive market
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships and negotiate effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills with a consultative and customer-centric approach
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently as well as in a team
- Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings, trainings, and industry events
- Proficiency in digital tools, including MS Office and CRM platforms
- High standards of ethics, integrity, and professionalism
