Welcome guests/clients upon arrival and provide a professional, hospitable first impression.
Prepare and serve drinks (tea, coffee, refreshments, mocktails) for guests during visits.
Manage guest schedules and itineraries during property visits, including coordinating timings and smooth transitions between mock-up villas daily and on occasional events
Arrange and book car transportation, airport transfers, and other logistics as required.
Organize property tours: professionally introduce villas, highlight features, specifications, and selling points.
Oversee the overall upkeep and presentation of the villas (furniture, decor, amenities, cleanliness).
Handle guest requests, feedback, and minor complaints promptly and professionally.
Ensure all properties are always "show-ready" for visits.
Maintain inventory of beverages, refreshments, and guest amenities.
Keep track of MUV operation expenses including inventory of beverages, refreshments, and guest amenities.
Keep track of contracts & administration expenses such as mailing, printing, sales team travel expenses and project related costs
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other teams to ensure seamless operations.
Prepare basic visit reports and guest feedback summaries.
