- Deliver procurement services for the objective of good price, quality and excellent
- services
- Plan for the annual purchases to select the best vendors.
- Evaluate the vendor list annually to make sure the best vendors are
- selected.
- Search and evaluate suppliers (based on cost, quality, service
- availability, reliability) according to the purchase order.
- Be responsible for all purchasing activities from sourcing to selection and
- payment for all purchased items.
- Support new centres’ set-up.
- Be responsible for quotations, contracts, payments, goods quantity and
- quality check.
- Proceed to write off goods as per company’s guideline.
- Be responsible for internal/external reports if any.
- Support in project of purchasing and inventory software installation.
- Support team members for task completion
