Tổng quan

Own the end-to-end design process: user research, user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes and final UI.
Design web-based systems including customer portals, back-office screens, dashboards and multi-step onboarding and application journeys.
Translate business and regulatory requirements (KYC forms, document capture, approval workflows) into clear, user-friendly interfaces.
Build and maintain a design system and component library for consistency across products.
Run usability testing and iterate on designs based on findings and user feedback.
Work closely with Business Analysts, front-end developers and QA to ensure designs are implemented accurately and are responsive across devices.
Prepare design specifications, assets and handover documentation for development.
