Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, government agencies, developers, and investors
Attend networking events and industry conferences to promote our brand
Client Development
Proactively source and cultivate new clients from real estate developers, corporations, and public sector organizations
Conduct client presentations and pitch meetings
Prepare competitive proposals and business plans
Project Management & Tendering
Lead the bidding process for architectural and design projects
Coordinate between sales teams, technical teams, and clients throughout the project lifecycle
Monitor tender timelines and ensure timely submission of proposals
Negotiate contracts and terms with clients
Internal Collaboration
Work closely with our headquarters team to align Vietnam operations with company strategy
Provide regular market feedback and performance reports
