- Manage daily operations across major eCommerce
- Monitor account health and resolve issues before they escalate
- Manage inventory across channels to prevent stockouts or overselling
- Listing & Content
- Create and continuously optimize product listings (keywords, content, attributes)
- Partner with the design team to produce high-converting product detail pages and brand store assets
- Support new product launches with market research and pricing analysis
- Marketing & Advertising
- Manage and optimize marketplace ad campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Display, and equivalent)
- Support promotions and major sales events (Q4 Holidays, high-volume events, etc.)
- Market Analysis & Strategy
- Track and analyze market trends, competitors, and pricing to inform sales strategy
- Analyze marketplace performance data and translate insights into actionable plans
