Tổng quan

  • Gather and analyze requirements to develop comprehensive product feature documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with the development team to guide product development.
  • Conduct meetings with stakeholders to collect, clarify, and consolidate system requirements.
  • Create detailed product and business documentation in various formats.
  • Engage with end-users to collect feedback, contributing to continuous product refinement and enhancement.
  • Provide training on product functionalities and monitor clients' understanding of the software.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
  • Experience working on AI products, AI-driven solutions, or data analytics projects is highly preferred.
  • Experience with full-scratch product development and team management skills.
  • Logical thinking, critical thinking, and attention to details.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine best solutions.
  • Strong ability to manage client relationships and negotiate requirement changes or budget adjustments.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, Object-Oriented Analysis (OOA), and Object-Oriented Design (OOD).
  • Proactive, innovative, and dynamic mindset.
  • Good at English, especially in reading and writing.
  • Working time: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday (flexible hours as long as productivity is ensured).
  • Remote work policy allows up to 2 days per week.
