Operations Oversight: Manage and supervise the entire End-to-End logistics process, including Ocean Freight, Air Freight, Inland Trucking, and Warehousing services.
Performance Optimization: Analyze and evaluate the performance of all transportation routes and operational workflows to propose improvement solutions, aiming to reduce costs and Turnaround Time (TAT).
Service Quality & Compliance: Ensure all operations adhere to international regulations, Vietnamese laws, and the Group’s highest service quality standards.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, train, and develop the Operations and Customer Service (CS) teams to meet and exceed set KPIs and objectives.
Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts, manage performance, and maintain strategic relationships with ocean carriers, airlines, inland haulers, and third-party service providers.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the International Logistics/Freight Forwarding industry, with at least 2-3 years in a management or Senior Supervisor role within Operations.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of multi-modal transport procedures, Customs regulations, and international trade compliance.
Skills: Strong leadership, strategic planning, rapid problem-solving, and excellent negotiation skills.
Language: Proficiency in Chinese is a plus
Personal Attributes: High sense of responsibility, strong systems thinking, and the ability to work effectively under high pressure.
