Business Analysis
Gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements from clients
Lead or actively contribute to the creation of analysis documents, including: • BRD / URD
Use Cases
User Stories
Business Process Flows
Analyze current business processes and propose optimized, system-based solutions
Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for the development team
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly understood and properly implemented
Solution Implementation
Gain in-depth understanding of HQSOFT’s products (DMS, Retail Systems, etc.)
Configure systems and manage initial data setup for clients
Conduct user training sessions and prepare user manuals/documentation
Support and coordinate with clients throughout the implementation lifecycle
Ensure solutions are delivered on time and meet agreed requirements
Project Support
Participate in and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with clients and QC teams
Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and report to the Project Manager/Team Lead
Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot client issues
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Development, QC, and Project Management
Your Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields
At least 2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Software Implementation, or IT Consulting
Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and documentation
Good command of English (especially in writing documentation and communication)
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Experience with SQL or data querying tools is a plus
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and teamwork skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure
