Tổng quan

  • Lead Technology recruitment across workforce planning, sourcing, selection and offer management, ensuring timely hiring for both current and future business needs.
  • Partner with Technology leaders and hiring managers to understand their priorities, define role requirements and agree on practical hiring plans.
  • Build talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill Technology roles, including software engineering, data, AI/ML and technology leadership positions.
  • Develop sourcing strategies using market insights, candidate mapping, referrals and relevant recruitment channels.
  • Advise hiring managers on talent availability, compensation expectations and hiring timelines, and adjust the approach when market conditions or priorities change.
  • Work with the Employer Branding team on targeted campaigns and activities that help attract Technology talent.
  • Manage recruitment vendors and budgets based on hiring needs and channel performance.
  • Track hiring progress and recruitment data, identify bottlenecks and recommend actions to improve delivery and candidate experience.
  • Promote fair and inclusive hiring practices throughout the recruitment process.
  • Lead, coach and develop the Technology recruitment team, setting clear priorities and supporting delivery across roles.
  • Build the team’s capability in sourcing, market mapping, stakeholder management and recruitment data analysis.
  • Improve recruitment processes, tools and reporting to support efficient Technology hiring.
  • Contribute to relevant TA and HR projects and undertake other responsibilities assigned by the Line Manager.
