Tổng quan

  • Learning:
  • Lead Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and design learning roadmaps aligned with business priorities.
  • Deliver foundational training programs for non-mass employees through direct facilitation and collaboration with internal trainers.
  • Lead strategic capability-building initiatives in areas such as AI, Data, and Digital Transformation.
  • Manage functional training budgets and provide advisory support on learning and development initiatives. Govern L&D policies, procedures, and practices to ensure relevance, compliance, and effectiveness.
  • Review and enhance the onboarding journey for non-mass employees to improve new hire experience and effectiveness.
  • Drive the digital transformation of L&TD through the adoption of technology and innovative learning solutions.
  • Ensure compliance of L&TD activities through reporting, documentation management, training records, and mandatory training programs.
  • Talent Development:
  • Lead young talent development program (Home Racer or other initiatives), ensuring effective strategy, design, and end-to-end execution of the young talent development journey
  • Lead the development and implementation of the Competency Framework, including stakeholder engagement, framework design, communication, and adoption across the organization
  • Drive talent management and succession planning processes, including talent strategy, talent pipeline development, data analysis, action planning, and progress monitoring
  • Ensure talent development initiatives are effectively integrated with performance management and leadership development programs to strengthen organizational capability.
  • Stakeholder, team leadership & others:
  • Partner with HRBPs, business leaders, and key stakeholders to align learning and talent development strategies with business priorities. Build strong stakeholder relationships to ensure effective planning, execution, and impact of L&TD initiatives.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the L&TD team, fostering professional growth, accountability, and high performance. Delegate and manage team resources effectively to ensure the successful delivery of learning and talent development programs. Promote a collaborative, agile, and continuous learning culture within the team.
  • Undertake other ad hoc projects and responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Department
