Develop long-term financial plans and scenarios
Conduct complex and ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making
Financial Analysis
Analyze P&L and Balance Sheet to identify key drivers and root causes of performance variances, enabling timely and informed business decisions
Perform profitability and cost-benefit analysis for key initiatives
Cost Management
Planning & Forecasting: Prepare cost budgets, forecast across functions
Monitoring & Reporting: Track actual costs, perform variance analysis, and ensure PR/PO alignment with budgets
Analysis & Optimization: Identify cost-saving opportunities, improve efficiency, and implement cost-reduction initiatives
Business Partnering & Communication
Partner with business units to align financial guidance with operational goals
Engage stakeholders for data collection, issue resolution, and financial updates
Process Improvement
Continuously enhance financial and cost control processes, tools, and systems
