Tổng quan

  • Plans and executes functional, integration, API and performance testing for Enterprise POS (EPOS) to ensure core business flows work correctly and stay stable under load before every release.
  • REQUIREMENT ANALYSIS AND TEST DESIGN
  • Analyze EPOS business requirements and acceptance criteria to define test scope, risks and priorities for each release.
  • Prepare test plans, test cases and test data using equivalence partitioning, boundary values, decision tables and state transition, for line manager approval, to fully cover sales, inventory and payment flows.
  • Maintain the Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) to ensure every requirement is covered by test cases.
  • MANUAL FUNCTIONAL, INTEGRATION AND REGRESSION TESTING
  • Execute functional, integration and regression testing of core EPOS business flows to detect defects before release.
  • Support business users and pilot customers in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to confirm the product meets real operational needs.
  • API TESTING AND DATA VALIDATION
  • Test APIs with Postman, Swagger or similar to verify payloads, response codes and error handling.
  • Run SQL queries to reconcile data across EPOS, ERP and integrated systems (payments, e-invoicing) to ensure consistency after every transaction.
  • PERFORMANCE AND STRESS TESTING
  • Plan and script load, stress, spike and soak tests with JMeter, k6, Gatling or similar, simulating peak sales hours, to assess system capacity.
  • Analyze results (response time, throughput, error rate, resource usage), identify bottlenecks and recommend fixes to developers to keep the system stable under load.
  • DEFECT MANAGEMENT AND QUALITY REPORTING
  • Log, classify by severity and track defects through their lifecycle; work with Dev, PO and business users to close defects on time.
  • Report test results and recommend release go/no-go to inform the line manager’s release decision.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the line manager, within professional scope, to support overall EPOS operations.

Yêu cầu

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years in QC/QA, Domain; experience in e-commerce, ERP or POS is a plus.
  • Testing fundamentals: solid grasp of the test lifecycle, test design techniques and defect lifecycle; independently designs test suites for complex flows
  • Manual testing: strong in functional, integration and regression testing and UAT support
  • API testing: proficient in Postman, Swagger or similar
  • Performance testing: hands-on with JMeter, k6, Gatling or similar and able to analyze bottlenecks
  • SQL: writes basic queries for data validation
  • Proficient in defect and test management tools (Jira, TestRail or equivalent) and spreadsheets
