Tổng quan

  • To dispatch and monitor last-mile delivery for online orders so that packed orders reach customers within the committed delivery time.
  • To handle delivery exceptions during the shift and to keep delivery records complete for reconciliation with carriers.
  • Dispatch & delivery monitoring
  • Book and dispatch delivery trips through partner applications (Ahamove, GrabExpress, Viettel Post, Shopee Express and other carriers) according to order type and committed delivery time.
  • Monitor trip status during the shift and act when a driver does not accept the order, cancels the trip, or a delivery fails — re-book the trip as soon as possible.
  • Follow standard-delivery orders through to their final status so that no order is left without a delivery result.
  • Support & coordination
  • Receive and handle delivery-related requests from pharmacies and Customer Service during the shift.
  • Coordinate with the Operation Online team on internal transfers (TF), cancelled orders and re-deliveries.
  • Update delivery information for Telesales and Customer Service so that customers receive accurate answers.
  • Carrier reconciliation & claims
  • Reconcile delivery fees and trip volume with each carrier on the monthly cycle and follow up on any difference.
  • Prepare and follow up compensation claims with carriers for lost, damaged or wrongly delivered orders until the case is closed.
  • Keep delivery records and supporting documents complete for reconciliation and internal audit.
  • General
  • Ensure delivery conditions are suitable for pharmaceutical products — delivery time, temperature-controlled handling where required, and intact packaging.
  • Report to the Team Leader and Manager any abnormality noticed during daily work, such as repeated failures with one carrier or an unusual delivery pattern, so that support can be arranged.
  • Comply with the Company’s processes, procedures, regulations and standards, and protect customer information.
  • Align individual KPIs with the direct line manager and work towards the agreed targets.
  • Shift-based working time, 1 day OFF per week. Other duties assigned by the Team Leader or Manager.
  • Ca 1: 07:00 – 15:30 Pm
  • Ca 2: 13:30 – 22:00 Pm

Yêu cầu

  • College degree or above.
  • At least 01 year in delivery coordination, last-mile operations or warehouse operations. Experience working with third-party carriers (3PL) is an advantage.
  • Good command of MS Office, especially Excel (lookup, pivot) for reconciliation; able to work on carrier applications and OMS / ERP (training provided).
  • Quick and calm in handling delivery incidents.
  • Persistent in following claims through to closure.
  • Careful and accurate with reconciliation data.
  • Good communication with drivers, carriers and pharmacies.
  • Willing to work on a flexible shift schedule, including evening shifts.
  • Shift-based working time including evening shifts, weekends and public holidays by roster. Willing to support during the peak season (November–December).
